
Jennifer provides leadership to GPG projects and brings expertise in project management, research and analysis, facilitation, interest holder engagement, strategic planning, and communications. Key GPG projects include:
- Development of Child Care Needs Assessment for the Early Childhood Council of Kern
- Initiative planning and grant support for the California Community Schools Partnership Program for the San Bernardino City Unified School District
- Project management and guidance to Sacramento County partners to develop the Student Behavioral Health Incentives Program Needs Assessment
- Research and development of a strategic plan update for First 5 Shasta
- Meeting design and facilitation for the Family Justice Center of Sonoma County
Prior to GPG, Jennifer served as the Executive Vice President of United Way of the Wine Country where she established initiatives and grantmaking programs to enhance early literacy, alleviate poverty, facilitate disaster relief and recovery, and address racial equity. Jennifer started her career in environmental advocacy and worked as a kindergarten teacher in Sonoma County prior to the birth of her children.
Jennifer lives in Sonoma County, CA and has a son at the University of Kansas and a daughter in high school. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading mystery novels, doing Pilates, camping, and visiting new places.
