Annie supports GPG clients through meeting design and facilitation, project management and communications, research and information synthesis, strategic planning, and report development. Key GPG projects include:
- Development of First 5 California’s Strengthening a Mixed-Delivery System of Early Care and Education: A First 5 California Position Paper
- Development of First 5 Stanislaus’ Strategic Plan for 2024-2029
- Development of an Action Plan to guide advocacy partners in California working on behalf of Dual Language Learners (DLLs) and Multilingual Learners (MLLs) and facilitation support for quarterly meetings of partner organizations
- Development of Wyoming’s Early Childhood Statewide Needs Assessment and Statewide Strategic Plan as part of the state’s Preschool Development Grant Birth Through Five implementation
- Strategic planning, facilitation, and organizational development support for Sunrise of Philadelphia
Prior to her work at GPG, Annie taught elementary and middle school language arts and social studies; and served as a Research Assistant for the Consortium for Policy Research in Education (CPRE) in Philadelphia, assisting in projects focused on studying specific professional development approaches related to math and science.
Outside of work, Annie likes making fresh squeezed lemonade, trying to not kill her house plants, and walking around Philadelphia.
