Strategic Planning, Organizational Effectiveness, and Strategic Implementation Planning
Through energized activities and structured research, GPG works with clients to build on their assets and strengths for positive change in their programs and organizations. GPG techniques help our clients heighten their energy, sharpen their vision, and inspire their action for change. GPG combines highly participatory processes with a structured planning schedule to enable clients to rapidly produce results. GPG provides clients with advanced planning and communication tools, assisting organizations to readily engage and communicate their results, even to geographically dispersed participants and stakeholders.
Strategic Implementation Planning
Responding to our clients needs for strategic planning/ organizational effectiveness work that creates real impact and change within organizations, GPG developed a “Strategic Implementation Planning” (SIP) methodology that marries traditional strategic planning and annual planning work with a focus on clear accountability. Participants develop a strategic direction, an “accountability framework” that provides clear indicators of their desired success, and design a detailed annual plan for the first year of operations.
Integrating Fund Development Planning
GPG’s experience consistently shows that our clients are more successful when they approach strategic planning and fund development as an integrated effort. On the one hand, the potential for successful fund development is immeasurably strengthened by a close link to a well-articulated and powerful strategic plan. In like manner, strategic planning activities become reality-based and alive for participants through a linkage to potential resources enabling them to stretch and move in new directions. GPG’s utilizes its long-term successful fund development experience to inform this work
