Norah Holmgren has worked with non-profit and private organizations in the areas of organizational development, board development, project management, strategic planning, and restructuring for more than 20 years. She has written widely on the role of boards of directors. She has undertaken substantive research on topics such as CEO satisfaction and compensation, health care reform, and governance policy. She is a skilled writer and editor and has published and edited essays, corporate reports, articles, and books.
