In his role as a Glen Price Group Associate, Aaron provides process design, facilitation, and writing support to GPG clients. He develops project websites and web-based surveys, and supports project communication systems. In addition to writing, Aaron designs graphics for applications, planning documents, and reports.

Through this work, Aaron has:

  • Facilitated a strategic planning process for the development of a SparkPoint center at Plaza Adelante in San Francisco’s Mission District;
  • Worked closely with clients to develop grant proposals, including an application to California’s Statewide Parks Program on behalf of the City of Richmond, and an application to California’s AB 900 Phase II Jail Construction or Expansion of County Jails program on behalf of the County of Sonoma;
  • Planned and facilitated an active learning community for California Emerging Technology Fund grantees, focused on broadband adoption and technology career training in California; and
  • Planned and facilitated the distribution, collection, and analysis of an internal, department-wide qualitative survey for the California Department of Education.

Administered weekly manager and member planning meetings to determine policies, events, and allocation of funds.
Conducted a bi-monthly manager evaluation process to optimize manager functionality and interactions between managers and members.
Mediated member and manager conflicts to facilitate resolution.
Meal Services Director, City of Berkeley: Berkeley Tuolumne Camp – Groveland, CA
Summer 2007
Led a team of meal services staff through a pre-season training process designed cooperatively with meal services managers.
Budgeted funds for the summer season and off-season groups and special events.
