Norah Holmgren has worked in the nonprofit and public sectors in management, fund development, strategic planning, organizational development, and board/volunteer development. She is a professional wordsmith with extensive experience as a writer, editor, and grant writer and has proven abilities in writing reports, concept papers, grant narratives, and fundraising/marketing materials. She has a special ability to work closely with clients and groups to develop position papers, plans, and other materials based on meetings and interviews. - Prepared successful grant applications for Sonoma County District Attorney’s Office for victim services, Sonoma County Family Justice Center for services to enhance the safety of elders, others for Sonoma County, including New Access Points (West County Health Clinics), Depression in Late-Life (Archstone Foundation), and the Farm-to-School Program (U.S. Department of Agriculture).
