It is official! The Southwest Community Health Center has been awarded two grants by the California Health Facilities Financing Authority for a total of $500,000. A portion of these funds will be used for the new Fulton Center for Healthy Families, an urgently needed community clinic that will serve the healthcare needs of the uninsured and underinsured in Santa Rosa, California.
