Alameda County Family Justice Center: Alameda County Family Justice Center calls for volunteers (San Francisco Chronicle Article 8/26/05)
County of Sonoma Department of Emergency Services: Major congratulations to Glen Price Group client the County of Sonoma Department of Emergency Services (DES). DES has received notice that its grant application for $544,825 for the purchase of communications equipment, prepared with the assistance of the Glen Price Group, was funded by the Department of Homeland Security. Out of 2040 grants made nationwide, DES’ was one of the 20 largest awards made and the second largest in California (see: firegrantsupport.com/afg/awards/05/). The Glen Price Group salutes DES’ outstanding work in convening 38 professional and volunteer fire departments throughout this diverse county to create a communications system that enables close coordination in the event of emergencies. The Glen Price Group provides professional development workshops, grant writing support, and funding opportunity monitoring/research services to County of Sonoma departments. See the press release.
