Good News for California 21st Century Grantees! Several positive changes were realized for current 21st Century funded after school programs as a result of the passage and signing of California’s state budget. These included raising the reimbursement rate from $5 per student day to $7.50 and guaranteeing all programs the 15% of funding allocated for administrative costs regardless of student attendance.
