Richmond Education, Arts, and Literacy: Congratulations to the Richmond Education, Arts, and Literacy (REAL) program, the Russian River After School Partnership (RRASP), and the Vallejo After School Alliance (VASA), all of which received new five-year grants from the California Department of Education through the 21st Century Community Learning Center program. The Glen Price Group’s work helping to develop these programs and successful proposals was supported and sponsored by the Bay Area Partnership.
